This one starts a bit silly. You are just some guy who pissed off a witch with big tits and worse temper, she slaps a curse on your soul, and now your only way to not end as her toy forever is to run around her weird fantasy world and farm lust like a horny Pokémon trainer. Sounds stupid on paper, but somehow it clicks. The first time Velina leans in, explains the curse, and basically tells you “go fuck monster girls or stay my pet,” it sets the mood better than some long lore dump. She treats you like a bug and also like a future dildo, and that tension stays in the back of your mind every time you pick a dialogue choice. I liked that the game doesn’t pretend you are a hero. You are a walking cock with a problem. The romance still feels kinda sweet sometimes, which is confusing in a nice way.
The structure is classic visual novel, yeah, but it doesn’t feel like one of those kinetic “click to see tits” only. You move between different regions of this fantasy realm, meet one monster girl at a time, get a couple slow scenes, a couple horny ones, and then usually some twist about the curse or Velina pops up in the background. I really liked the lamia girl route. At first she treats you like food, wraps you in her coils, threatens to drain your “essence” in a very non-PG way, and when you finally get to the sex scene, it’s this mix of danger and softness. She rides you hard, squeezes your torso till you almost can’t breathe, then afterwards curls around you like a weighted blanket and mutters that humans are “cute little prey.” The writing there feels personal, not copy pasted porn text. Stuff like: you try to thrust and she just pins you down, tells you your job is to moan and give her what she wants. Simple, but it sticks.
Not all scenes hit that level though. There is this plant girl in one area who starts really interesting, teasing you with “feeding” off your arousal, vines slowly tying your wrists to a tree, whispering in your ear how good you smell. Then the actual explicit scene goes super fast. Suddenly clothes are gone, you are covered in sap, and it cuts from foreplay to her milking you in three lines. Fell a bit like the writer got horny and skipped half the build up. I wanted more focus on kissing, touching, the awkward first time stuff, and the game sometimes jumps straight to cumshot territory. It’s a bit like watching a good hentai then the editor smashes the fast forward at the best moment. Still, when it does take time, it really takes time. The early Velina “punishment” scene where she makes you kneel, strokes your cheek with her staff tip, and slowly grinds on your face while explaining the rules of the curse might be my favorite intro sex scene in any browser game lately. Pure dominance, with this cold almost academic tone, like she is grading you while she uses you. I was reading it on my phone, on Chrome, half expecting a notification to pop up and ruin the vibe.
I also liked how the romance progression is not just “fuck once, route cleared.” You actually have to talk. Choices matter in a small, annoying way. Say the wrong thing to the shy spider girl and she shuts down, the scene turns more awkward and less lewd, and you have to come back later. I liked that and also kind of hated it, because sometimes I just wanted to see her webbed-up blowjob scene and the game was like “no, go be emotionally supportive first.” The game pretends to be about saving your soul, but emotionally it is more like: who are you willing to be horny for, and how much of yourself are you okay to give to these girls? You collect “lewd energy” after each scene and yeah, it is literally just points, but you start to associate it with specific girls. When I used the energy from the wolf girl’s rough anal scene to unlock more of Velina’s story, it felt strangely wrong, like cheating. Velina herself is the real hook here though. She is cruel, playful, teasing, and every time she appears you expect another CG where she puts you in your place. Sometimes she is almost caring, strokes your hair, calls you “my little cursed toy,” and then reminds you she owns your soul. I keep wondering how her final scene will look. Probably something completely different and that’s why I am still playing.
